Where will my items be shipped?
You have the options of selecting either free School Delivery which are on a monthly basis or having your items shipped directly to your preferred location. We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping.
Can I purchase by cash or check?

Absolutely. We use the latest in SSL technology to ensure all of the information entered into our site is safe & secure. All payments are processed directly through Paypal or Square and are not stored on our site or servers. You will not have to enter any sensitive financial information on our site as Paypal/Square will handle it all.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges due to the ordering of a wrong size. Please view the size chart listed on each item's page to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
My item is defective. Can I exchange it?
If the item you received is defective or has noticeable blemishes caused by us during production, we will offer an exchange of that item at no cost. The item must be returned unwashed & unworn in order to qualify for an exchange. The defective claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.
How do I make an exchange?

When can I expect my items to ship?
If you select flat rate shipping you can expect your order to ship withing our standard 7-10 business day time frame but if you choose School Delivery it could take longer depending on when the order is placed. We send out School Delivery orders on a monthly basis towards the end of every month so if you place your order the first week of the month you may not receive until toward the end of that month. This is subject to change however depending on the current production schedule at the time of ordering and if there are any stock issues. Notices of any delays will be displayed on the site to give you a heads up though.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, sort of. During the ordering process, you can make changes or cancel your order at any time. But, as soon as the ordering process has ended and production begins, we can not accept any order changes or cancellations.
